In this context, the R & D team deeply studied the working principle and test requirements of the engine controller, and combined with the domestic advanced test technology, successfully designed a set of efficient and flexible comprehensive test system scheme.

Test resources: The program uses two PXIe 18-slot chassis, equipped with DAQ, waveform generator, switch card, multimeter card, resistor card and other instruments. It adopts the form of upper and lower computer, and the lower computer uses RT system, which is connected through MXI. The following figure:


Connection scheme: the V50 interconnection platform of the domestic brand "Tengfang Zhongke" is adopted to solve the problem of multiple signals, and at the same time a common interface platform is established to complete the test problems of different varieties of controllers by configuring different adapters;

Advantages of this program
● V50 interconnection platform provides 50 module positions. According to PXI board type, 192P signal, 64P signal, 96P signal, 256P signal, 19P coaxial and 16-core power modules are configured, with about 5000 points, leading all instrument resources to the interface panel to form general instrument system equipment;

● The adapter is easy to disassemble. When there is a new controller test requirement, only one adapter needs to be added to complete the test, without adding new equipment, improving equipment utilization rate and reducing equipment cost;

● The instrument system interface and adapter have a matching life of more than 20000 times, and the operation is simple and labor-saving, providing a reliable and easy-to-use connection mode.

This domestic engine controller test connection scheme not only realizes the efficient test of the engine controller, but also promotes the development of domestic test technology, and injects new vitality into the sustainable development of the domestic aero-engine industry.
