The VH6-series large-scale interconnection solution is a single highly-integrated multi-channel, high-integration connector capable of linking 1,400 signal channels. In general, it is a very good fit for the testing of PCB/PCBA, for instance, needle bed testing, circuit board functional testing, and the like.

Classification and adaptation by signal type
1. The main power supply is the power source for power signal equipment, with a backup of redundant power sources.
2. Data signals are carried through Ethernet, USB, and CAN bus.
3. Coaxial signal radio frequency communication, video surveillance.
4. Remote high-speed data transmission with optical fiber signals.
Flexibly combine according to the number of pinholes:
• Module pinhole specifications: Different types of hybrid standard modules are provided, which can be freely combined according to the actual signal type and number of channels.
• Mixed installation compatibility: Within the same ITA/ICA framework, modules with different pinhole numbers and functions can be mixed. The module sizes are consistent to ensure installation compatibility.

The VH6 transmission connector is able to set up with six V series standard modules that can deliver strong, dependable, and consistent test functions for small and medium-sized test applications, as well as provide large-scale interconnection solutions. By turning the module horizontally, the number of module positions is maximized and the rack space required is minimized. Besides, the back cover is able to shield the wire from the receiver to the test equipment while the pins can ensure that each connection is of the same input.

A1: The installation of the device can be done in three different ways which are: direct installation, desktop installation, and slide rail installation (a CMV02112 frame and a single slide rail are required for the slide rail installation only).
Q2: If you run into trouble with the adaptation of the slide rail or the fixation of the frame during the installation process, in what way can you get help?
A2: By contacting customer service, sales, or technical support, you can get a detailed installation manual (in which each step for desktop installation, slide rail installation, etc. is shown with a diagram) or they can provide remote guidance. For instance, they will send the specially tailored assistance you need if you have to match 20-inch platform slide rails and install protective covers for the CMV02112 frame.
