The F4 Series Rectangular Connector is a miniaturized connection solution specially developed for industrial testing and control scenarios. Compared to the F2 Series, this product offers a 4-module expandable installation and functions as a high-density connector with a maximum of 640 signal channels. In addition, IO mixed-channel modules are compatible with it, thus meeting multi-type signal transmission requirements; simultaneously, it has several built-in guide pins (for anti-misinsertion) and a quick-locking mechanism (for anti-loosening) to guarantee two connection reliabilities.

F4 High-density connector Product features
1、The F4 Rectangular Connector is a 143.3mm × 39.4mm device suitable for high-density application scenarios, compatible with 640-pin multi-pin connectors, and can support up to 640 stable signal contacts.
2、 Multi-type I/O connections (i.e., general signals, coaxial signals, power, etc.) can be easily enabled by the unit having optional hybrid modules; hence, it becomes a high-performance multi-type hybrid connector
3、Option of anti-misinsertion items is provided for the product installation; guide pins that prevent incorrect installation and ensure precise mating.
4、 With its quick-release detachable rear shell and structural design, cable maintenance can be done quickly, and at the same time, PCB board applications are also supported. 5、The mating cycle life of the connector is assured for over 10,000 cycles. Thus, it provides great durability and is an excellent source of long-term, stable connection support.
